Announcing Big Break: Act & Sing Game 6-8 – the newest App in the Big Break Family! Our original App, Big Break: Act & Sing Game, is geared towards kids aged 9-14. We saw how much younger kids love the game, so we created a whole bunch of new content and put it into a new game for kids aged 6-8! Find it in the App Store here!

Also check out Big Break: Act & Sing Game 2.0, now available in the Apple App Store!

Both games now cater to multiple levels of verbal & attention ability! Act out new scenes with just 1 word or sound, 2 words, or full sentences. Go to the new “Verbal Settings” screen to choose your verbal level. Scenes start out short to accommodate shorter attention spans, and slowly grow to help strengthen attention.

Both Big Break games also feature new animations and scenes to enjoy. Emotion choices now have animated emojis so reading is not required to choose the right answer!

Big Break is now also available for iPhone.

Big Break Bobby needs actors for his movie production studios. That’s where you come in! Act out lines along with game characters, guess emotions of the characters, and even see yourself in a movie!  Earn points based on your acting and observation skills!

This game operates as a safe and fun way for kids to practice their social communication skills through modules that require listening, watching, acting, and singing. A great resource for coaching nonverbal aspects of expression and emotion understanding.

Based on research conducted in the SMART lab at Ryerson University (smartlaboratory.org), this game utilizes research-supported methods of emotional mimicry along with sophisticated expression analysis algorithms to guide kids in their development of social communication skills. Ideal for children with communication difficulties, including children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, auditory processing disorder, attention deficit disorder subtypes, and deaf children with cochlear implants.
